Our line of protective sun clothing for dogs was established in early 2011 for my 1st Italian greyhound, Valentino,
who was diagnosed in 2007 with an inherited form of skin cancer which is exacerbated by the sun.  Living in Arizona with 300+ days of sunshine, this was a  year-long problem. 

I started making UV protective clothing for him when a limited selection of UPF rated fabrics became available online in late 2010. They made UV clothing for people, why not pets? If my dog needed it, others must TOO and the rest, as they say, is history. We were the first company to offer sunwear for pets.
